The Claw of Beliar is a weapon in Gothic II.

The Claw of Beliar is a unique weapon, by differing from the other weapons in the game. This weapon can be wielded either two-handed or one-handed, depending on the preference of the player. It does really good damage and has good range. The Claw of Beliar doesn't require Strength to be used, but it requires certain amounts of healthpoints for upgrading. Not only is it extremely sharp and powerful, but its user is able to summon a brutal lightning strike against his opponent with the power of Beliar while attacking with the sword.
Availability []
Obtained upon killing Raven in the Night of the Raven addon. However, the sword itself can only be used by melee players (city guards/paladins and mercenaries/dragon hunters). Upon acquiring the sword, the player then has to consecrate it at a Beliar Shrine.
